I love them!

About the stocking stuffers ... yes, fun, but when I was the only one stuffing for 5 kids, hub, MIL, my parents, sometimes a guest AND myself, it became a drag! I was immensely happy to have help!!

Sherry - Yes, good memories, indeed. LOL! about your breakfast with promises! My folks were wise to that by the time I rolled around. I was #5, and the older kids had already spoiled it! LOL!

And see above re: stocking stuffers. For some reason, it just wore me out to try to find enough things to fill them for so many people. I admire people who do it *well*!Lyniluhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04742585512852240355noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28840534.post-68979959167393262282007-12-21T15:18:00.000-07:002007-12-21T15:18:00.000-07:00I'm loving how you are having these memories to ch...I'm loving how you are having these memories to cherish and savour.

We had to have breakfast too...but we made it toast with vague promises of eating more later (famous last words!!).

Stocking stuffers are a lot of fun and I love the way you've changed yours...each person adding something makes it so much more fun and interesting. I have to say I enjoy finding and buying the stocking stuffers for my boys than I do buying their gifts!!Sherryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08271529958269038071noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28840534.post-1036918990811721702007-12-21T13:32:00.000-07:002007-12-21T13:32:00.000-07:00I can remember coming downstairs, the double doors...I can remember coming downstairs, the double doors to the TV room open wide and the tree blazing in all it's Christmas Glory, packages spread all around the room. In the diningroom would be boxes of chocolates and bowls of ribbon candy and what we called "clear toys". I think my favorite still is stockings though. Stuffers can be a challenge but in a FUN way!Monogram Queenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00201245389134780751noreply@blogger.com
