I didn't measure anything! I'll give you approximates, OK?
6-8 cups of CLEAN snow about 1 cup cream (or 1/2 & 1/2, or evaporated milk) about 1/2-3/4 cup sugar about 1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix the milk, sugar and vanilla to dissolve the sugar. NOW GO GET THE SNOW!! Mix the liquid in the snow till smooth. I do it by hand with a wide rubber spatula or a very large wooden spoon, but you can use an electric mixer. I think the electric mixer makes it melt quicker and it has a creamier texture. Hand mixing leaves it fluffier.
BTW, you can use sweetened condensed milk (Eagle's Brand milk) in place of the cream and sugar.
If you have something to say about it, just stick out your thumb, and I'll slow down so you can hop aboard! But hang on, 'cause I'm movin' on down the road!!! No time to waste!!!
You must share how you made this!!!
