These are random musings of my life journey, the people, animals, places, and events which have woven, and continue to weave, a tapestry that is me. We all know there is no real destination, only the ongoing experiences which blend together, creating the trail. Each step gives a glimpse of what is to come, without allowing me to see the end result. It is exciting. I have a home base that is mine, that gives me a place to rest. This is it. This is where my heart is, no matter where I journey...................

I like it as is

Apparently Angelina Jolie wore her designer dress on backward at the Oscars. Story & pictures. Personally, I think she made a good choice! It looks much better her way!

  1. and just what kind of statement do you think she was trying to make?
She definately had to have more cleavage than that poor model!

  2. Queenie, I hadn't gone that far with my thinking. I was being superficial about the look!! LOL! I wonder if it was intentional? Whatever, it was a much more classy look on her.

  3. I dont care to much for her although she is doing good for the less fortunate in the world especially children.

  4. I think I am just so tired of seeing them on every magazine. I keep hearing her say that she wants to quit acting and do something else, but that must not be true.

  5. Bobbie, one wonders if the good deeds are compensation for previous bad behaviors. At least there is good coming of of it. I'm not a fan of hers, either.

Julie, how many "top" actors have really done that? Let's see, Grace Kelly,........ OK, not many. I honestly wouldn't miss her if she went home to raise the children.

  8. the author of the article called her matronly!! oh my! what hope for the rest of us if Angelina Jolie is matronly just because she didn't wear the plunging neckline version of the dress.
