These are random musings of my life journey, the people, animals, places, and events which have woven, and continue to weave, a tapestry that is me. We all know there is no real destination, only the ongoing experiences which blend together, creating the trail. Each step gives a glimpse of what is to come, without allowing me to see the end result. It is exciting. I have a home base that is mine, that gives me a place to rest. This is it. This is where my heart is, no matter where I journey...................

Random Chuckle
.
This has nothing to do with anything except that it made me chuckle and think, "Is there a family that hasn't had this kind of dynamic?"
This is reminding of our beloved pet mouse. I brought him back from the dead twice, and he lived a couple of years. I still miss him. He was special- the mouse we had before him, we took back to the pet store because I didn't get along with him. He kept escaping from his cage. The mouse I bonded with was smart enough to realize that his cage was a paradise.
Queenie, my family was like that, too. Both my hubs were only children, and trying to keep up with the multiple conversations going on at one time made them both crazy!
Betty, I saw the cutest mouse in Petco the other day, but 5 dogs & 5 birds seemed to be enough for 1 adult human to keep up with!
If you have something to say about it, just stick out your thumb, and I'll slow down so you can hop aboard! But hang on, 'cause I'm movin' on down the road!!! No time to waste!!!
I believe that is how we got 2 dogs and 6 cats
ReplyDeleteHAAAA ha ha ha! Doesn't work well, does it?
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like my family (there were five of us kids + Mom & Dad, there are STILL some conversations like that when we all get together!)
