These are random musings of my life journey, the people, animals, places, and events which have woven, and continue to weave, a tapestry that is me. We all know there is no real destination, only the ongoing experiences which blend together, creating the trail. Each step gives a glimpse of what is to come, without allowing me to see the end result. It is exciting. I have a home base that is mine, that gives me a place to rest. This is it. This is where my heart is, no matter where I journey...................

Well, Google Me!

Have you ever googled yourself? What shows up?

When I google my name, my F*cebook page shows up in the #1 spot. It used to be this blog that was there in the first spot; now it is in about #4. This changes from time to time, but usually I show up in the first 3-4 spots at least twice. That surprises me, but I guess my name is unusual enough that exact hits are pretty targeted. Then it shows up in newspaper articles and other people's websites a few times after than in the first three pages. Strange.

When I google my full, legal name, it is there, too. It is mostly associated with things relating to my old high school. There is also another woman by that name who is all over the place. She is from Idaho, and is in politics or ecology, I think. I didn't read it fully.

So, have you? If not google your name and come back and tell us what you get!

  7. Though I have a rather unusual name, when I Google it I only get hits on others with the same name. I'm flying under the internet radar. Now, if you Google "Big Dave", I'm almost number on there.
