These are random musings of my life journey, the people, animals, places, and events which have woven, and continue to weave, a tapestry that is me. We all know there is no real destination, only the ongoing experiences which blend together, creating the trail. Each step gives a glimpse of what is to come, without allowing me to see the end result. It is exciting. I have a home base that is mine, that gives me a place to rest. This is it. This is where my heart is, no matter where I journey...................

I guess I have multiple personalities

Apparently I have multiple personalities. Seriously. I saw this link (I write like) on FB, and I tried it out.

I put in a little essay I wrote a few years ago and got this:

I write like
Chuck Palahniuk

I Write Like by Mémoires, Mac journal software. Analyze your writing!

Then I tried a different essay and got this:

I write like
Ursula K. Le Guin

I Write Like by Mémoires, Mac journal software. Analyze your writing!

So I tried one more, and got this:

I write like
Vladimir Nabokov

I Write Like by Mémoires, Mac journal software. Analyze your writing!

Ay-yi-yi!! I must be one mixed up person!!

Just to be sure it wasn't a random, roll-of-the-dice sort of thing, I tried the first one again, and it was consistent. Therefore, I must have different personalities.

Be careful. You never know which one might be the one you encounter! [maniacal] LOL!!!!

  1. It's my opinion that to be a writer, you must be a little mixed up. LOL

I'm going to give it a try.

  2. I just did the typealyzer thingy and almost totally agree except that I DO like to plan ahead. In fact, I am a little around the bend about it.

The rest of it is right on.

  3. U r a walking library.

Nabokov? Hmmmm. That one throws me for a loop. You don't seem Nabokovish and I mean that as a compliment.

  6. Pam, I think you're right bout that! Mixed up, wonky, crazy, whatever!

Mary, I'm not even familiar with Nabokov. I'm going to have to read something just to see.

Di, next time remind me to just ask you and bypass the analyzer!! LOL!

If you have something to say about it, just stick out your thumb, and I'll slow down so you can hop aboard! But hang on, 'cause I'm movin' on down the road!!! No time to waste!!!
