These are random musings of my life journey, the people, animals, places, and events which have woven, and continue to weave, a tapestry that is me. We all know there is no real destination, only the ongoing experiences which blend together, creating the trail. Each step gives a glimpse of what is to come, without allowing me to see the end result. It is exciting. I have a home base that is mine, that gives me a place to rest. This is it. This is where my heart is, no matter where I journey...................

Looking around

Today was a camera day. I'm not sure why, but here is the result ....

And how was your day?

  1. Those clouds are just beautiful. My sister moved to California after living all her life in Colorado. She misses the clouds we have in Colorado and New Mexico the most.

My day was nearly perfect. That is a rare and good thing. Zumba in the a.m. and manicure & pedicure in the afternoon. In between I gardened and got laundry done. It's all good.

  2. I love the little bits of color springing up from the stones. Great colors in the sky!

  3. RET, not to start an argument with those who live elsewhere and love their skies, but you and I know .... our skies are amazing, really the best of the best. I've traveled to most of our states, and I've never found better.

Your day sounds both energized (zumba and chores) and relaxing (pedi and mani). Good balanced day!

  4. Dakota, that was one of my favorite shots! I thought that little sprig of green was so sweet.

  6. Merikay, yesterday was a day of spectacular clouds. All day long they just build and rolled and mesmerized. It was wonderful!

Jenny, me, too! In fact, a coworker and I discussed how yesterday was one of those days you'd love to be able to find a soft patch of grass and just lean back for a couple hours to watch the clouds.

If you have something to say about it, just stick out your thumb, and I'll slow down so you can hop aboard! But hang on, 'cause I'm movin' on down the road!!! No time to waste!!!
