These are random musings of my life journey, the people, animals, places, and events which have woven, and continue to weave, a tapestry that is me. We all know there is no real destination, only the ongoing experiences which blend together, creating the trail. Each step gives a glimpse of what is to come, without allowing me to see the end result. It is exciting. I have a home base that is mine, that gives me a place to rest. This is it. This is where my heart is, no matter where I journey...................

Are You Listening?

Really, I'm serious, Mr. Bush. We need to think about our level of involvement in the Middle East. Really, we do.

Just sayin'.

Note: If some of the pictures of the deer and Ali weren't viewable for you in the earlier post (12/26) I reloaded them, hopefully you'll be able to see them if you're interested.

  7. Sherry - I understand. But when you have a fool for a next door neighbor who does risky things that could cause damage to your own home/property, don't you have the right to say, "Uh, excuse me, but I can't help noticing ....."? Just sayin'!!

  9. IT'S NOT MY FAULT!!!! I did NOT vote for him, and we can blame the "hanging chads" for one, but the other election I have no accounting for! Besides, the electoral college is an archaic process that does not serve our current needs. It served well in another time, but now, we are mobilized sufficiently and educated well enough to have a simple popular vote. Well, perhaps I should reconsider the "educated" part because ..... sighhhh.

  10. I hear you honey and I don't blame you for him...I blame his parents!!!!
What worries me/scares me is when "politicians" like him have influence over politicians here...and I worry about who is advising them...hopefully there are better days coming for you with this election...time will tell.
