These are random musings of my life journey, the people, animals, places, and events which have woven, and continue to weave, a tapestry that is me. We all know there is no real destination, only the ongoing experiences which blend together, creating the trail. Each step gives a glimpse of what is to come, without allowing me to see the end result. It is exciting. I have a home base that is mine, that gives me a place to rest. This is it. Just a bunch of fun

OK, about that app, "Photo Booth," that I mentioned. I have been playing around with it and literally having a ball. There are all kinds of special effects that can be applied to each photo. What follows is just a small sample of the possibilities. I've had fun with it, for sure!

And now .... here are some fun things I did.



This is a fairly normal photo, taken in "sepia." And yes, that is the headboard behind me. And yes, my hair is uncombed. Shut up!


This has no special settings. I just took it while playing with the closeness or distance of the computer photo eye. See? My eyes ARE green!!

 I'm not even going to try to explain most of the following. Just chalk it up to FUN!!

Well, that was just fun!  It occurs to me that I can no longer pout about no one being around to tke my picture. Drat!

    When I do that kind of stuff on Skype, my kids think I'm nuts, but the grandkids love it! :) Have fun!!!

    Loved your fun photos. You made me laugh! My granddaughter and I played with this feature on my daughter's laptop and left her a birthday greeting at the same time.

    Some of those pictures are just scary. I told D about this and she said...I wish I could figure this out on my computer. I told her..patience grasshopper..patience. :) She is very excited to have you come and help us set up her system.

    Caroline, I know! I was hesitant to put some of them up, but they were too funny to not! I'm not sure if this is part of the latest OS or the new computer. I think it is the OS, and BTW, I should advise D to purchase it before we do the computers. There is just no sense in not having the most current possible OS. We'll talk.
