These are random musings of my life journey, the people, animals, places, and events which have woven, and continue to weave, a tapestry that is me. We all know there is no real destination, only the ongoing experiences which blend together, creating the trail. Each step gives a glimpse of what is to come, without allowing me to see the end result. It is exciting. I have a home base that is mine, that gives me a place to rest. This is it. This is where my heart is, no matter where I journey...................

News Bulletin!

Miss Margarita is home with her family! She is not up to her old tricks yet, of course, and her sister, Mai Tai, wants desperately for her to play! She is supposed to have 3 weeks of quiet time with low activity. Yeah, right!! For a few days, it might be possible to curtail her activities, in all likelihood. But she has already brought TL a ball to chase, even though she is obviously in great pain.

We, the whole family, thank you for the interest you've shown, the kind remarks, and most of all, the pleas for her health and safety that were offered. Don't forget her just yet. We still have to get through the biopsy report next week, and the continued healing process.

But for now, things are better than they've been in a while. If you happened to hear a huge "whoooooshhhhh" type noise earlier today, it was just our collective sigh. Carry on!

  1. i'm so glad the baby is alright. i think we worry and feel for them just as much as our own babies. two legs/four legs - doesn't matter. it's all love.

  8. This is VERY VERY good news. Good luck keeping her quiet and calm once she starts feeling better, that may be tough!! Wow, that must feel so good to have this over, and Ms Margarita on the mend.
