These are random musings of my life journey, the people, animals, places, and events which have woven, and continue to weave, a tapestry that is me. We all know there is no real destination, only the ongoing experiences which blend together, creating the trail. Each step gives a glimpse of what is to come, without allowing me to see the end result. It is exciting. I have a home base that is mine, that gives me a place to rest. This is it. This is where my heart is, no matter where I journey...................

It's Frantic Friday!

OK, everyone, I'm going to do a short post and head out the door. I have a lot to do today, and I will probably not be back here until this evening, sometime after dinner.

I'm headed on some errands to prepare for the weekend, then I'm going into the Gallery for a while, where I'm sure to get one of those delushious coffees! Then home just long enough to change clothes and back into Ruidoso to meet Allan. I'm taking him to dinner for his birthday, which was actually Tuesday. So a busy schedule for me and not much time to get into trouble!

If I don't get to your blogs today, I'll do it over the weekend. Everyone have a good weekend, OK?

Life is beautiful!!!

Enjoy every precious moment of it while you can!

  5. Everyone - It was a very good dinner, and Allan said "Thanks" for the birthday wishes.

Caroline, we went to "Landlocked." I'm not sure it was open when you were here. It is a very good restaurant that features a number of seafood dishes, most of them spiced for the Southwestern palate. We had a seafood paella served on saffron rice. oh...yummmmmm!

    Have a good weekend, everyone!
