These are random musings of my life journey, the people, animals, places, and events which have woven, and continue to weave, a tapestry that is me. We all know there is no real destination, only the ongoing experiences which blend together, creating the trail. Each step gives a glimpse of what is to come, without allowing me to see the end result. It is exciting. I have a home base that is mine, that gives me a place to rest. This is it. This is where my heart is, no matter where I journey...................

Silly Dog!

The following pictures are really poor quality, and for that I apologize, but it was the only way to get them and have them so you could see what it is.

First of all, Jazmyn was right next to me, so close that I couldn't get up without waking her, and I'm really too close and with limited ability to focus. So I had to twist myself around into a pretzel to take the picture for that reason. Third, the camera was at such an angle that I wasn't sure what I actually had in the frame as I could only see the viewfinder from an angle.

Next, after finally getting some shots of this, I had to lighten them a lot because Jazmyn's little face is very dark, almost black and the images were hard to tell what was what. All that being said, here we go.

This first shot .... can you tell what is going on? Jazi is asleep on her back on a little cushion with her nose resting on the power cord for the laptop.

You can see here how the cord is across the bridge of her nose. She is just oblivious to the world outside her dreams.

She is just sprawled out, so comfortable ... and protected from falling off the pillow by her nose!! LOL!

Silly little dog!

  2. I'm looking for that dog's eyes. All I see is hair, or fur, or whatever it is.

  5. Cathy, I will happily link you to the rescue site! petfinders.com, but be careful .... it is contagious!

Actually I see lots of little ones in your area, and many CO shelters don't adopt out of state, so I couldn't get them. Go for it!!
