These are random musings of my life journey, the people, animals, places, and events which have woven, and continue to weave, a tapestry that is me. We all know there is no real destination, only the ongoing experiences which blend together, creating the trail. Each step gives a glimpse of what is to come, without allowing me to see the end result. It is exciting. I have a home base that is mine, that gives me a place to rest. This is it. This is where my heart is, no matter where I journey...................

I don't know how we keep up this busy pace!

It has been a really jam-packed day.

Joey guarded the back yard from the window seat ....

.... while Lolita had my back on the couch.

Maxwell's post was at my feet.

Jazmyn was a but uneasy about the weather, so she was alertly beside me on the couch.

Sam was Joey's backup at the window.

When Joe got a little warm in the window, he stretched out on the floor ....

.... and Lola and Sammy took over his responsibility.

Finally, knowing everyone was on alert in her stead, Jazi decided to relax a little.

Yeah, it's been an action packed day.

  3. I love laying in my recliner. As soon as I lay back in it both Ruby and Roxy jump on the chair and cuddle up to me. It's so relaxing.

  7. Well, Freda, it seems that the Blogger mechanics have been at work and I can finally respond.

Thanks for stopping by and do come back! I've already paid your blog a visit, and I'll be back there, as well.

  8. Love all your doggies Lyn. They make me sleepy. If I get in my recliner, the two smaller dogs get on the sofa. If I lay down to take a nap, baby is right there and the other two are on the floor next to the bed. If there is thunder, forget it, they are all over me. I really don't know how to live without my dogs;)

If you have something to say about it, just stick out your thumb, and I'll slow down so you can hop aboard! But hang on, 'cause I'm movin' on down the road!!! No time to waste!!!
