These are random musings of my life journey, the people, animals, places, and events which have woven, and continue to weave, a tapestry that is me. We all know there is no real destination, only the ongoing experiences which blend together, creating the trail. Each step gives a glimpse of what is to come, without allowing me to see the end result. It is exciting. I have a home base that is mine, that gives me a place to rest. This is it. This is where my heart is, no matter where I journey...................

Sunrise. Again.

The sunrise was beautiful this morning!

What a perfect way to energize my day!

  1. I'm more of a sunset person. I'm never up in time to see the rise!

  2. Beautiful sunrise. I've been sporadic on the computer lately, so I have enjoyed catching up with your posts. Loved the results of the puppies salon visit. Proud of your great strides at work, especially your determination to create a step by step manual for anyone who subs or follows you in the position. Hooray for a good insurance experience.

And thank goodness for blogging friends who shared photos and thoughts of the super moon. Hubby and I had dragged in from somewhere, and I totally forgot. Arghhh!

  3. I hear ya, Merikay! But I have to say, the sunrises I get here are more beautiful than I've seen anywhere! It's worth being up to see.

LC, thanks for all your kind words. It feels good that things are going my way for a change. I'm really sorry you missed the moon, cause it was really something!

  7. I'm always amazed by the beauty of a sunrise. But I rarely see them. Sunsets are more my style.

  8. Linda, I used to be a sunset person, too. I still thing they are beautiful, but I've also gained an appreciation for the sunrises. There just seems to be a sense of hope with the glorious beginning of the day.

If you have something to say about it, just stick out your thumb, and I'll slow down so you can hop aboard! But hang on, 'cause I'm movin' on down the road!!! No time to waste!!!
