These are random musings of my life journey, the people, animals, places, and events which have woven, and continue to weave, a tapestry that is me. We all know there is no real destination, only the ongoing experiences which blend together, creating the trail. Each step gives a glimpse of what is to come, without allowing me to see the end result. It is exciting. I have a home base that is mine, that gives me a place to rest. This is it. Follow up

Just for fun, here's the scene of the "action" in the daylight. Don't you love that the town is still waking up and this vacant just before 9:00?? 



BTW, for interest, I live on the other side of the mountains. Not the taller peak with a good snow cap, but beyond the one to the right and down a foothill or two. My elevation here at the house is about 7200 feet, so not far down the foothills.

And I'm realizing that, if I'm not mistaken, the large green roof on the left side is the Irish Pub! Perhaps that is the answer to the car parked on the sidewalk!! LOL!

    It is a very quaint place. Go to this post:http://noendingjourney.blogspot.com/2006/10/new-way-of-life.html from when I first moved here and look at the signs from windows of little shops in the shopping district near the pix you see here. Very seriously small town, tourist generated trade here!
